Great to meet you!

You've carried other people's hardest days, or your own, and sometimes the weight

doesn't leave when the shift ends. If grief, trauma, or a body that won't cooperate the

way it used to has been running the show, I want you to know there's a way to put some

of that down. I'm Victoria, an LMHC in Massachusetts with 14 years in crisis and

outpatient work, and I have a special place in my practice for veterans, first

responders, police, and firefighters, alongside anyone carrying grief, PTSD, or a chronic

illness. I've walked through grief, chronic illness, divorce, and recovery myself, so I

don't ask you to do anything I haven't done.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are client-led: we talk about what you actually want to talk about. I bring

grounded tools, cognitive techniques for thoughts that won't quiet, trauma-informed

work for what the body remembers, mindfulness for moments that feel too big. Most

clients notice the loudest symptoms soften first, then steadier footing follows.

What you can expect from me

If you're still reading this, some part of you is ready, even if the rest of you isn't sure yet.

That's normal, and you don't need to have it figured out before we start. I'll meet you

where you are, with warmth and without judgment, whether you're grieving, healing, or

just plain tired. Life is short, and you deserve support. Reach out, and let's start. Our first session is about 30 minutes. We'll talk through what's bringing you in, whether that's grief, trauma, chronic illness, or the weight of a job like first response work, and I'll share how I can help. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. You'll leave with a sense of how we will work together and a clear next step.
