Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, I have experience in the treatment of several different types of challenges individuals my face in the realm of mental health. My professional background ranges from specialized work with women and individuals who have experienced trauma, to helping those facing struggles with anxiety and mood concerns.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients towards personal therapeutic goals in a relaxed and non-judgmental way. A typical course of treatment follows a pattern of recognizing factors that are contributing to challenges, understanding the function of behaviors and coping mechanisms, and working in an informed way to problem solve and heal.

What you can expect from me

I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients; that energy is contagious. After one session, clients overwhelmingly report feeling hope. Throughout the course of treatment, that hope has a tendency of being validated through lived experience. You are not broken. Let me help you see that.
