Victoria Baca

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 8 years of experience and I also hold a Certified Master's Level Addiction Professional ( MCAP). I have worked in a wide variety of settings with a focus on individual counseling. My specialties include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, borderline personality disorder, narcissistic abuse, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy comes from the belief that every individual is their own expert and possesses the inner wisdom to guide them to find the right path. My role as a counselor is to help uncover my clients' inner wisdom and resiliency.

Clients can expect to enter a process of self exploration in a safe space and they will find different tools to help them deal with different issues that they might be facing.
