Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Victoria Bell, LSCSW. I am passionate about helping individuals develop tools for personal growth to cultivate a sense of empowerment. I specialize in working with clients managing anxiety, trauma, grief, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths-Based Therapy. I tailor my methods to meet each client’s specific needs. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kansas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic philosophy is grounded in authenticity and respect, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, and tailor these to each individual. Believing in your inherent strengths and resilience, I view therapy as a collaborative process to help you develop coping skills and reach your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a stronger sense of self-awareness, practical tools for managing challenges, and a deeper understanding of their strengths. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we work collaboratively to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster personal growth. My goal is to help clients feel empowered and confident in navigating life’s difficulties.
