A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring my own journey of healing and 25 years of experiece in the field. Some of the modalities I bring to the table to facilitate the process of healing are: Imaginal Psychology, Psychodynamic, Art therapy, Mindfulness, IFS, ACT, DBT, Addiction and relapse prevention, 12-Step work, codependency, life transitions of all stages, trangender issues.
