Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I want therapy to feel calm and welcoming, and my hope is that you feel comfortable being open about what you are experiencing and supported as you begin to make sense of it.

I became a therapist because I believe people grow when they finally have a space where they feel truly understood and approach their problems with evidence-based practices. Early in my career, I worked in a residential treatment center where I supported clients through intense emotions and complex life situations. That experience helped shape how I work with people of all ages today. It taught me the value of slowing down, listening closely, and meeting each person with patience, steadiness, and genuine curiosity about their story.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I use CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I adjust these tools to fit your goals and your pace. I want our sessions to feel grounded, honest, and centered on helping you understand yourself and move toward what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope might feel different. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will go at a pace that feels right for you.
