Great to meet you!

For the last 15 years, I've had the privilege of counseling individuals across the gender spectrum—from ages ten to eighty—addressing a wide range of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, adjustment disorders, substance use, co-occurring disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and psychotic disorders.

Beyond my career, I am deeply grateful for the roles I hold in my personal life as a mother, a (recent!) grandmother, a sister, and an aunt. My passions include gardening, hiking, bicycling, strength training, baking, music, and entertaining.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership—one in which we work together to identify and shift harmful patterns, fostering healthier ways of coping and communicating.

Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I strive to help my clients deepen their self-awareness, cultivate positive self-regard, and develop a sense of balance within themselves and their lives.

Through this process, we explore the experiences that have shaped who you are, creating space for growth and transformation. My therapeutic style is eclectic, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

What you can expect from me

My clients will often give me feedback they feel genuinely cared for in our therapeutic relationship. I approach my work and life with optimism and energy, fully dedicated to supporting those on their journey to healing and growth.

Though our work can be challenging, we work at a pace you are comfortable with and I will respect your boundaries.
