Great to meet you!

I presently work with adults (18 and over) of all ages, but I have extensive experience working with children and so I also offer consultation to parents, guardians and caregivers regarding the educational needs of children and adults with disabilities and with special education needs. I have training in CBT, but my clinical skills are more relational and include psychodynamic approaches and other modalities to meet the unique and immediate needs of each individual. I also conduct evaluations for presurgical clearance for bariatric patients and for patients looking to undergo spinal cord stimulators.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy sessions is to engage individuals interactively so that we can establish comfortable and easy communication in our sessions. Each session is geared to the needs of the individual and I will do my best to accommodate your goals in treatment.

What you can expect from me

Individuals working with me can hope to learn to identify their unique goals and objectives for better mental health for both short and long term success.
