Great to meet you!

Have you experienced harm, loss or betrayal from your church or community? Do you feel like you have lost yourself or your faith? You are not alone. I have years of experience working with survivors of abuse, religious trauma and relational betrayal. I am here to help you feel less alone and to discover what healing can feel like for you.

My approach to therapy

I approach our sessions with compassion and as a trauma informed therapist. We work together towards your goals. I aim to listen well, ask questions and help you experience relief and gain hope. I love to incorporate somatic exercises, your interests, movement, creativity, and nature in our work.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute consultation for us to get to know each other and see if therapy together feels like a good fit. Our first session involves an exploration of what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work. As we work together, we collaborate on what therapy techniques will be most helpful for you.
