Great to meet you!

Hi friend! My name is Victoria, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and since then I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from children around age 10 through adults in their 60s. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, deeply rooted dysfunctional family dynamics, trauma, and brain injury, among other challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, open-minded, and supportive, while also being honest and direct. I believe meaningful growth often happens just outside of our comfort zones, so I may challenge you when it serves your goals. Together, we’ll work toward helping you reach your optimal level of functioning in your daily life, relationships, and sense of self—while building self-esteem, resilience, and empowerment along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a low-pressure space focused on simply getting to know you. I believe rapport and trust are the foundation of effective therapy, and my goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and able to show up as your authentic self.
