Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping clients reconnect with the power that’s already within them. You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m the passenger here to support, guide, and travel alongside you. With a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, I work with adults of all ages on challenges like anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. As a clinician who identifies as LGBTQIA+, I also aim to be a supportive and empowering presence for those navigating identity, belonging, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

I draw from EMDR, ACT, and narrative therapy, and always tailor my approach to fit each person’s unique needs and goals. I also ground my work in existential and humanistic theories, meaning I focus on helping clients find meaning, connection, and a deeper sense of self. My goal is to support you in building a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and worth showing up for.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect your story to be deeply heard and gently explored. I offer a warm and supportive environment where you can show up just as you are. We’ll take time to look at the beliefs you hold about yourself and the messages you may have carried for years, often without even realizing it, that might be weighing you down or keeping you stuck. Our work is about understanding where those messages came from and beginning to let go of what no longer serves you.
