Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Tori. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience both in therapeutic and educational settings. I work with adolescents and adult who are experiencing a variety of different concerns including but not limited to anxiety, overwhelm associated with perfectionism, executive functioning difficulties, low self esteem, women's issues and parenting coaching and support.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I primarily use a person centered approach that is geared towards your needs. Within my sessions I will often integrate a variety of creative tools such as art, music & tarot, when appropriate, to help clients in expressing themselves in a way that is most beneficial. While therapy itself can seem overwhelming, I choose to meet my clients where they are and provide a level of understanding, while also helping to acknowledge the thought patterns and cycles that can leave a client feeling stuck.

What you can expect from our first session

If you feel like we would be a good match, I would love to set up a time to speak and further. As your therapist, I strive to provide an inclusive space where you feel accepted and free to share your experience at your own pace. Together we can navigate the changes needed to overcome obstacles to create a sense of peace.
