Great to meet you!

I received a B.A. from the University of Southern California (USC), and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

I have a passion for helping women to live up to their full potential both personally and interpersonally, especially as they relate to others and loved ones around them. I believe we were created to connect, and we thrive when we felt seen, heard, and understood in our lives.

My approach to therapy

I use Experiential, Narrative, and EFT/Attachment therapies to empower clients to explore their deepest and most authentic selves in order to increase their insight and self clarity, that will help empower and inform them of where they need to heal, what they need and want to move forward, and healthy ways to navigate that in their relationships.

What you can expect from me

I strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental, warm space with which to explore your world, hear your truth, and become more self aware. I feel that understanding and loving ourselves is essential to making healthy choices, understanding others, creating loving relationships, and leading fulfilled lives.
