Great to meet you!
Hi, I'm Victoria! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Mental Health Counseling and also serve as an adjunct professor, where I train future counselors—keeping me closely connected to both clinical practice and current research.
I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or relationship stress, as well as couples who find themselves caught in repeating cycles of conflict, disconnection, or communication breakdowns. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to move forward, or frustrated by patterns that don’t seem to change.
I also have clinical and research experience working with law enforcement and individuals in high-stress professions, supporting clients who are navigating chronic stress, exposure to trauma, and the impact these experiences can have on relationships, identity, and emotional well-being.
