Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult life transitions begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and ability to enjoy everyday life. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or uncertain about how to move forward. You don't have to carry those struggles alone, and meaningful change is possible. I partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, cultural and ethnic issues, women's issues, and trauma so they can build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create a greater sense of balance and emotional wellbeing. Working with adolescents and adults in both English and Spanish, I strive to create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life while identifying strengths you can continue building on throughout your healing journey. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while developing practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change beyond our sessions. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy because every client deserves care that is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in what will be most helpful for their unique needs and goals. Together, we can work through ADHD, OCD, PTSD, life transitions, stress management, grief and loss, relationship issues, family conflict, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, and trauma, always tailoring therapy to your experiences, values, and personal goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, supported, and encouraged from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're healing from trauma, adjusting to a major life transition, managing anxiety or depression, or simply hoping to feel more connected to yourself again, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more hopeful, and confident in your ability to move forward.
