Great to meet you!

With 17 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Kentucky, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate and effective care across diverse settings. My experience spans individual, couples, family, and substance abuse therapy, allowing me to support clients through various stages of life. I have worked in community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, medical hospitals, outpatient medically assisted clinics, primary care offices, in-home therapy, and private practice. This breadth of experience has equipped me with the skills to address complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges with a holistic and client-centered approach.

My approach to therapy

I use a structured and evidence-based approach to help individuals navigate life’s challenges. My practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a proven method that empowers clients to identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. By integrating research-backed techniques, I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, fostering resilience, emotional growth, and long-term well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where clients gain practical skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Through compassionate and evidence-based therapy, I empower clients to gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and foster lasting change. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help individuals recognize patterns of thought and behavior that may be holding them back, equipping them with strategies to navigate challenges more effectively. Each session is a collaborative space where clients feel supported, heard, and encouraged to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth. My goal is for every client to leave therapy with greater confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
