Great to meet you!

Hello! I aim to help you “grow through what you go through.” I am driven by unwavering compassion and empathy as I work with you to build a therapeutic alliance to tackle identified challenges. Through building a strengths-based and individual-centered foundation in holistic therapy, I believe in promoting a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment that encourages you to find and become the best version of yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to select therapeutic approaches that best fit your specific needs and goals. Some of these modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, somatic techniques, and strength-focused approaches. I advocate for you by validating your feelings and emotions, meeting you where you are at in your journey, and encouraging you to uncover goals and solutions based on your individual needs and strengths.

What you can expect from our first session

In each session, I will encourage your reflection and exploration of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while providing a safe space and a supportive presence. I will also encourage you and highlight your strengths as well as identify coping skills to aid in processing your experiences further.
