Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in treating mood disorders, addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and women’s issues.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and solution-focused, emphasizing collaboration, strengths, and practical tools to help clients create meaningful and lasting change. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build insight, and develop effective coping strategies.

I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrate DBT skills into treatment to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, resilient, and capable of navigating life’s challenges.
