Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and judgment-free environment. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, and other psychiatric conditions.

I believe that every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to partner with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their unique needs, values, and goals. Whether you’re seeking medication management, diagnostic clarification, or support through a difficult season of life, I strive to provide care that is collaborative, thoughtful, and centered around your overall well-being.

I recognize that reaching out for mental health support can be difficult, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their journey toward healing, resilience, and lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, faith-based, and individualized. I believe effective mental health treatment begins with understanding the whole person—not just their symptoms. During our work together, I take time to explore your personal history, current challenges, lifestyle, relationships, medical background, and goals to develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

When appropriate, I incorporate medication management as one component of treatment while also emphasizing healthy lifestyle habits, coping skills, stress management, and the importance of therapy and other supportive resources. I value open communication and shared decision-making, ensuring that you understand your treatment options and feel empowered to actively participate in your care.

As a faith-based provider, I also respect and support the role that spirituality and faith can play in healing and overall well-being, and I am happy to incorporate this into care when desired by the client.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and working toward meaningful, sustainable improvement in your mental health.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and build a foundation for your care. During this comprehensive evaluation, we’ll discuss what brings you to treatment, your current symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, previous treatments, medications, family history, lifestyle, and the goals you hope to achieve.

I understand that sharing personal experiences can feel vulnerable, so I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll review my diagnostic impressions, discuss treatment recommendations, answer any questions you may have, and develop a personalized plan moving forward. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, informed, and hopeful about the path ahead.
