Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Victoria Gamboa Mejia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I support adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, and the challenges of living and loving in ways that don’t always fit the mold, or healing from systems that never quite made room for them. If you’ve been told you're “too much” or “not enough,” if your mind moves fast but you often feel stuck, or if you're trying to figure out how to live more fully as your authentic self you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out in isolation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is neurodiversity - affirming, trauma-informed, and centered around creating a space where you don’t have to mask or shrink yourself. As a newer therapist, I bring humility, genuine care, and a commitment to meeting you where you are with curiosity, collaboration, and a lot of compassion.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a place where your wiring, your needs, and your truths are honored. Together, we can slow down, get curious, and build a life that feels more aligned, one that works for you, not against you.
