Great to meet you!

I hold a Master's degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a second Master’s degree in Sport and Human Performance. I also earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which laid the foundation for my passion for understanding human behavior and supporting individuals through life’s challenges.

Professionally, I have experience working in outpatient settings for two years and in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for one year. These experiences have allowed me to support clients across varying levels of care, helping individuals navigate concerns ranging from everyday stressors to more complex mental health challenges.

I enjoy incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches into my work. I appreciate these modalities because they provide practical tools to help clients build emotional regulation skills, develop healthier thought patterns, and create meaningful behavioral change.

I have experience working with adolescents, teens, early, mid, and late adulthood. I am passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with an emphasis on insight, skill development, and meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and build practical tools for navigating challenges. Together, we focus on fostering emotional balance, increasing self-awareness, and creating sustainable patterns that align with their goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel welcoming, supportive, and collaborative. We will take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. You will have space to share at your own pace, and we will begin exploring what you’d like to work toward. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and comfortable as we start this journey together.
