Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in health psychology/behavioral medicine. I offer a compassionate space where you can express your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we will work to explore and address the concerns that are most important to you, whether they involve emotional well-being, managing stress, navigating health-related challenges, or finding balance in your personal and professional life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience working with adults (18+) seeking support for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, and management of chronic health conditions. I help clients manage chronic conditions, improve health behaviors, and cope with psychological aspects of illness. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients change maladaptive thoughts and behaviors to improve health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that healing and growth happen best in a supportive and collaborative environment. My approach is rooted in understanding your unique experiences and helping you develop the tools and strategies to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve your goals.
