Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in New Jersey. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents with anxiety, ADHD, family stress and substance use. I truly love what I do and want the time spent together to help you in each different aspect of your life. I would like you to see me as someone teaching you the skills and challenging your current perspective to become the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I will provide you the tools to manage your current symptoms and challenge the thinking patterns that are maybe standing in your way of making long term changes. I place a specific importance on building our relationship first and getting to know you so we can come up with a treatment plan that is tailored to your own needs.

What you can expect from me

We will start to build trust by completing our intake and setting our goals for therapy. These goals will be measurable and will be a way to show us what your progress looks like. Change is uncomfortable-I get that! But we will be uncomfortable together in the safe space that is our session.
