Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families across a variety of domains. I work with individuals with a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and anger management, as well as self worth. I am eager to assist clients with embracing their journey, reaching their treatment goals to ultimately live a more fulfilling life!

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strength-based approach with a trauma lens. I pay attention to each clients individual experiences and support them with providing education, assisting with healthy ways to cope, and improving self worth along the way. I care about the clients journey, not only the end goal. I utilize a variety of treatment styles that fit each client and I collaborate with clients to develop a treatment plan that works for them.

What you can expect from me

The first session will include an opportunity for clients to share their story and their goals for treatment. What is most important to me is building rapport, so I create a warm and inviting atmosphere to help clients feel comfortable. I believe therapy is a collaborate effort that requires attention to goals outside of sessions. I will listen, encourage, and provide alternative perspectives to empower clients to believe in their abilities to reach their treatment goals.
