Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I’m Victoria, a licensed counselor that specializes in grief/loss, trauma, anxiety, panic, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I am certified as an advanced grief counselor and hold additional training in working with neurodiversity in women.

My approach to therapy

I believe deeply in the power of therapy.

Life can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and painfully heavy at times. My role is to be in your corner; to offer support and understanding as we work together to bring you relief, clarity, and healing. You deserve support, and I’m here to help.

What you can expect from me

When you're in my office (literally or virtually) you can expect an atmosphere of genuine warmth, respect, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in highlighting your strengths and resilience as we move through the therapy process.

We’ll begin with a 60-minute intake session, where I’ll ask questions to learn about who you are, what you’re experiencing, and how I can best support you. From there, your therapy experience will be uniquely tailored to your needs. No two experiences are exactly alike.

Therapy is your space, built around your goals, your pace, and your growth.
