Great to meet you!

You may be used to being the strong one, the person everyone depends on, but that doesn't mean you have to navigate everything alone. I work with adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship or family challenges, and difficult life transitions. My style is warm, open, supportive, and practical, and you don't need to have all of your therapy goals figured out before we meet.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative rather than clinical or one-size-fits-all. I use CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and identify practical steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, any challenges you're facing, and what you'd like to see improve in your life. I'll take time to learn about your experiences, strengths, and goals while creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can be yourself.

Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead. My goal is for you to leave sessions with greater insight into what you're experiencing as well as practical strategies you can use outside of therapy.
