Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I'm Victoria Lynch, LCSW, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment. Whether you're facing a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I'm here to help.

I earned my Master of Social Work and bring over a decade of experience in the child welfare arena, with expertise in community mental health, crisis intervention, mediation, and leadership. My work has given me a deep understanding of trauma, including system-induced trauma, and the unique challenges individuals and families face while navigating complex systems. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and conflict resolution.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you're unsure about your goals or what you need, we'll work together to identify them and create a plan that supports your healing and growth.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward their goals. Whether you're facing a specific concern or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to find solutions that fit your needs.

Using CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques, I help clients address trauma, improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen relationships while building skills for long-term success.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, any challenges you're facing, and what you'd like to see improve in your life. I'll take time to learn about your experiences, strengths, and goals while creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can be yourself. Together, we'll begin identifying areas of focus and discuss practical next steps toward the changes you're hoping to make.

Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
