Great to meet you!

My Name is Victoria Macias, and I am a Licenses Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they work toward meaningful growth and healing. I have been licensed for 5 years and have worked with various populations including individuals with trauma, depression, relationships problems and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process, one that empowers you to understand yourself more fully, strengthen your relationships and move toward emotional balance and fulfillment. As a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish and English, I am also committed to providing culturally responsive care and ensuring that you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural and comfortable. This allows us to honor your lived experience more fully and deepen the therapeutic connection.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other, with no pressure to share more than you are ready to. I will ask what brought you in and what you are hoping for, and together we will map out a plan that fits your life. From there, we will celebrate your progress, gently explore the difficult places, and practice strategies you can apply in your daily life. Most people leave that first meeting feeling heard, a little lighter, and hopeful about what comes next.
