Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here.

Let's be honest, life can get really heavy sometimes. As women, we're often expected to keep everything together, take care of everyone else, and somehow still find time for ourselves. If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, stuck, or just not like yourself lately, you're definitely not alone.

I work mostly with women and moms (ages 15–45) who are navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum changes, relationship stress, life transitions, and all the ups and downs that come with everyday life. Whether you're a first-time mom trying to adjust, a busy woman carrying the weight of everyone around you, or you're simply looking for a space that's just yours, I'm here to help.

Taking the first step can feel scary, but you don't have to do it alone. I'd love to be part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I work from a client-centered perspective which means, that what you need is what you're going to get out of therapy. While we will have goals set in your treatment plan, we will also take the time to meet you where you are. Life changes fast and if we need to change our approach, we will. These sessions are meant to make you feel supported and heard, always.

What you can expect from me

I begin our session where you’ll have the chance to share your story and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals and begin shaping a path forward. My goal is to make therapy feel comfortable, not intimidating. You don't have to have the "right" words or have everything figured out before you show up. We can laugh, cry, vent, celebrate the wins, and work through the hard stuff together. I'll meet you where you are and help you build tools that actually fit your life.
