Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to achieving happiness and stability in life. Reaching out for support can be one of the most difficult steps, so congratulations on taking that first brave move. I’ve been practicing for five years, with a primary focus on supporting women aged 15 to 45 who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and postpartum concerns.

My approach to therapy

I work from a client-centered perspective which means, that what you need is what you're going to get out of therapy. While we will have goals set in your treatment plan, we will also take the time to meet you where you are. Life changes fast and if we need to change our approach, we will. These sessions are meant to make you feel supported and heard, always.

What you can expect from me

I begin our session where you’ll have the chance to share your story and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals and begin shaping a path forward. My priority is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable being open and vulnerable. From there, we’ll continue to work collaboratively in future sessions to turn your goals into reality.
