Great to meet you!

You are worthy of living on purpose. Allow yourself to arrive in this safe, come-as-you-are space as we co-create an experience of healing, growing, and thriving in holistic and experiential ways. We are all spiritual beings living a human experience. I am here to help you rediscover your sense of worthiness and empower you to embrace your strengths.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together, from a place of curiosity, we will explore your current thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to deepen your understanding of your capabilities and the choices you make in life. I offer a variety of spiritual and practical approaches to inspire hope and change.

What you can expect from our first session

In addition to talk therapy, sessions with me involve fun and eclectic treatment strategies, including somatic-based practices, EMDR Therapy, Flash Technique (FT), tapping, guided visualization, soothing breath-work, and forms of Energy Psychology. I look forward to starting the next part of your journey with you.
