Great to meet you!
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with four years of experience specializing in work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating significant life transitions, grief, and mood disorders.
My therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma, particularly when related to family or relationship issues. I am skilled at identifying and addressing unhealthy relational patterns and coping mechanisms.
I also offer support for clients experiencing existential dread, incorporating philosophical conversations to explore skepticism and the mystery of the meaning of life.
I hold an additional certification in trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specialized training in art therapy, which I earned through my Master's degree program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Loyola Marymount University.
