Great to meet you!

Hi! Thank you for reading my profile. I know how hard finding the right therapist can be. I would love to see if we are a good fit.

I have worked with all types of clients but a lot of my experience has been working with teens and families, couples (alternative lifestyle friendly!), LBGTQIA+ clients, and those who struggle with ADHD.

Before becoming a therapist I worked in full time ministry, as well as, child development. I have always been drawn to helping people grow in one way or another!

My approach to therapy

I am what's considered a Postmodern Therapist. I was trained in 3 primary types of therapy; Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Collaborative Language Therapy. I also pull from other types including: attachment theory, DBT, CBT, and EFT. Overall, I am very client-centered.

What you can expect from me

My biggest goal is to make you feel safe and comfortable. My hope is that you grow to trust me so that we can dig deep and work through the hard feelings and situations, in order to get you to where you want to be!
