Great to meet you!

My goal is to help you live your best life by identifying and challenging established patterns of behaving, feeling, and thinking that are interfering with your growth and well-being. I believe that therapy is for everyone and also understand that everyone’s story and experiences are unique.

My approach to therapy

My approach encompasses a broad variety of therapeutic techniques, ranging from traditional talk therapy to creative arts therapy to DBT, in order to meet my clients where they are. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space as we work together to create meaningful change. I have 18+ years of experience as a licensed mental health practitioner. I work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and more.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away the knowing that change is possible and that it never has to be done alone.
