Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Victoria! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with over a decade of experience working in community mental health.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. My experience includes crisis intervention, helping individuals navigate periods of significant distress, and supporting people with complex mental health needs as they work toward greater stability and independence. I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and walks of life, and I recognize that everyone’s experiences, challenges, and goals are unique. I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, build on their strengths, and develop the insight and practical skills they need to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself, speak honestly, and feel comfortable bringing whatever is on your mind. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I believe that building a genuine connection is an important part of the therapeutic process. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while keeping our work focused on what feels most helpful to you. I’m not here to judge you or tell you how you should feel; I’m here to help you make sense of things, work through challenges, and find tools that work for your life.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are a space to talk openly about what’s going on in your life, whether you’re working through something specific or just feeling stuck and unsure where to start. We might explore your experiences, identify patterns in your thoughts or behaviors, work through difficult emotions, or focus on strategies to help you manage everyday challenges. Therapy isn’t always easy, but it should feel like a collaborative process where you have a voice in what we work on and why. You don’t have to have all the answers; we’ll figure out the next steps together.
