I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 3 years of experience in psychiatry across the lifespan. I specialize in psycho-pharmacology, focusing on relieving psychiatric symptoms through medication management and supporting my clients through a variety of challenges. My goal is to provide empowering care that helps improve their well-being and quality of life.

I combine diagnosis, medication management with supportive talk therapy to treat a variety of mental health conditions.

Outside of sessions, I’m passionate about expanding access to quality mental healthcare.
