Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated behavioral health professional committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals, couples, and families. My approach is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented, with a focus on helping clients build practical skills while feeling supported and understood throughout their healing journey.

I have experience conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change.

My practice emphasizes a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to grow. I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and honest about their experiences. I believe that each client is the expert of their own life, and I work alongside them to identify strengths, build insight, and develop practical strategies for growth.

I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, strengths-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. My style is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented, focusing on helping clients improve emotional regulation, build healthy coping skills, and strengthen relationships.

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to support clients in achieving meaningful, lasting change while feeling supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with Preferred Behavioral Health Agency (PBHA) to be welcoming, supportive, and focused on building a strong foundation for care. We prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns, experiences, and goals at their own pace.

During the initial session, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to better understand each client’s emotional, behavioral, and environmental needs. We work collaboratively with clients (and families when appropriate) to identify strengths, explore current challenges, and begin establishing meaningful, individualized goals for treatment.

Our approach is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented, with an emphasis on helping clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Clients can expect to leave the first session with a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process, initial goals, and a plan for moving forward toward improved stability, coping, and overall well-being.
