Great to meet you!

I have been in the field of Social Work for 12 years, spending the first 8 years providing advocacy and clinical support to survivors of violence. In particular, children and adult survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence and human trafficking. The last several years I have spent time working in a education setting providing crisis intervention and therapy to teens and young adults with a range of mental health and behavioral concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment where we can collaborate on your healing and goals. I take a humanistic, client-centered, solution focused, strength based approach when working with clients. Understanding that each client is unique and has unique experiences, I pull from several therapeutic modalities when considering how best to support each client I work with.

What you can expect from our first session
