My mission is to empower clients by providing the knowledge/skills needed to cope in this ever-changing world. I have over 14 years of experience working with various populations such as adolescents, adults, families and student athletes. Throughout my career I have gained a tremendous amount knowledge and expertise working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, depression/anxiety symptoms, individuals who struggle with impulse control/anger management.

My priority is to create a space that is emotionally safe for you to embark on your healing journey. I believe it is vital to work together as teammates in this therapeutic relationship.
