Hi, I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner. I received my Masters degree from the University of Phoenix and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from University of Massachusettes Global (DNP). I have been practicing for 8 years.
I help young adults, adults and geriatric patients for the treatment of major psychiatric illness.
In my first session with clients, I will provide a therapeutic environment that is safe.
We will start with brief introduction, then get into symptoms that will help in the diagnosis of the mental illness the patient is facing.
It will also help to provide a tailored plan for the treatment and follow-up sessions.
Having worked with young, adults and geriatrics for the past 8 years, I have developed important skills such as client rapport, empathy and compassion.
The goals for the client would include short-term and long-term.
