Great to meet you!

As a board-certified mental health therapist, I firmly believe that prioritizing mental health is crucial for achieving overall happiness and stability in life. I have been practicing therapy for several years and have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. Over the last decade, I have shifted my primary focus to helping children, teens, adolescents, and adults who are grappling with various mental health issues, particularly trauma, anxiety, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is built on compassion and is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I believe that everyone’s healing journey is different, and my goal is to ensure that you feel both understood and supported every step of the way. In our interactions, I strive to create an environment where you feel respected and valued. I will provide a safe and welcoming space for you to express yourself without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, you will have the chance to share your story. We will look at various strategies and tools that can help you build resilience and improve your emotional well-being. These techniques will enable you to handle life's challenges more effectively. We will set clear and achievable goals that fit your unique needs and aspirations.
