Great to meet you!

My name is Victoria and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have over 7 years of experience working with women and children of all ages and backgrounds who have been affected by trauma, domestic violence, abuse, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. If you need help navigating a major life change, processing an unimaginably difficult or traumatic experience, or want more understanding of your life experiences in order to move forward, then please contact me and we can schedule a time to talk and see if we may be a good fit to work together towards your goals.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, I will create a safe space and collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that is specific to you and your goals, never telling you what you should do or judging your situation. I use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy, often incorporating evidence-based trauma therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore your background, talk about your therapy goals and what you’re hoping to change, and I will gather some important history so I know how to best help and support you.
