Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults 18 and older. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

With a strong commitment to inclusivity,

I work affirmatively with members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as veterans and first responders who may be coping with the unique stressors related to service and reintegration. My approach blends empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies to help clients build resilience and achieve lasting emotional well-being.

Therapy is a space for growth, understanding, and empowerment—where clients can safely explore their experiences and develop the tools needed to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert of your own situation. Your goals and motivating factors are essential in our work together. I will highlight your strengths and empower you to utilize them to create the change you want to see in your life.

I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) also known as "no talk therapy". You can share as much as you like making it a preferable type of therapy for those struggling to describe their trauma.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will have a thorough discussion of what you desire out of our time together. General goals will be established for future sessions should I be the right therapists for your journey.
