Great to meet you!

Are you feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the aftermath of trauma? Maybe you're navigating a hard relationship, moving through a major life transition, or just feel like you've lost your footing. You don't have to figure it out alone.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Supervisor with more than eight years of experience helping adults find their way through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life's harder turns. I offer an inclusive, affirming space for all clients — including members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, and first responders navigating the unique pressures of their work and identities.

My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies that help you build resilience and create real, lasting change. I believe you're the expert in your own life—your goals and values guide our work together, and I focus on helping you recognize and use your strengths to move toward the life you want.

Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I'm honored to walk alongside you. I offer a steady, compassionate partnership as you work toward greater clarity, stability, and fulfillment. I'm also a board-approved clinical supervisor and currently have openings for LMSWs seeking supervision toward clinical licensure.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert on your own situation. Your goals and motivators are essential to our work together. I will highlight your strengths and empower you to utilize them to create the change you want to see in your life.

I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), also known as "no-talk therapy". You can share as much as you like, making it a preferable type of therapy for those struggling to describe their trauma.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will have a thorough discussion of what you desire out of our time together. General goals will be established for future sessions should I be the right therapists for your journey.
