Great to meet you!

In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am also a California state endorsed Infant-Family Mental Health Specialist and a parent myself! I received my masters degree from New York University and also trained with leaders in the field of infant, child and parent mental health in a world renowned fellowship program through University of California, Davis.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work primarily with parents, helping them feel their best during these challenging but precious and important years. My approach is warm, authentic, and caring. I am certified in several evidence-based models of care such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P).

What you can expect from our first session

Together we can unpack what's inside - the complex thoughts and feelings that can surface (or get buried) during parenthood. We'll build a toolkit of highly personalized coping skills, parenting techniques, perspectives and knowledge. Parents are asked to do truly heroic work, often with minimal support. We were never meant to do this alone!
