Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, client-centered professional dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for your growth and healing. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based practices to support your unique needs and goals. I value open communication, respect for diversity, and believe in empowering clients to find their own solutions. My background includes extensive experience in counseling adults through life transitions, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns. I am committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection to provide the best care possible. Your well-being and progress are always my top priorities.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, drawing from several evidence-based modalities to best support your unique needs and goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) encourages acceptance of difficult emotions while focusing on your values. I incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy to highlight your strengths and build practical solutions, and Motivational Interviewing to support you in exploring ambivalence and fostering motivation for change. Additionally, I use Supportive Therapy to provide a safe, empathetic space for reflection, encouragement, and validation. This flexible approach ensures that therapy is collaborative, effective, and tailored specifically to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is for you to gain greater clarity about your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as practical tools to manage challenges and move toward your goals. You’ll experience a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where your strengths are recognized and built upon. Together, we’ll identify actionable steps and strategies tailored to your unique needs, fostering personal growth and resilience. You can also expect increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, and a sense of accountability for your progress. Ultimately, sessions are designed to help you create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
