Great to meet you!

Most people who finally reach out have been putting it off for a while, waiting to feel ready or wondering whether what they're going through is serious enough to count. I'm Victoria, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and the life transitions that knock you off your footing. I also hold specialized certifications in substance use, so if that's part of what you're carrying, you're in good hands. Clients often describe me as approachable, honest, and steady.

My approach to therapy

Our work is a mix of insight and action. We look at the patterns and history that shape how you feel and relate to others, and we build practical tools you can actually use between sessions. What you leave with might be a new perspective, a concrete skill, or simply the experience of not being alone in what you're facing. I bring honest, direct feedback alongside genuine warmth, because sometimes what's most useful is a real perspective alongside a compassionate one. This tends to work well for people who want both depth and something concrete to hold onto.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a calm, conversational space to get oriented together. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you've been struggling with, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready for, and you're welcome to ask me anything about how this works. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard and to have a clear enough sense of things to know whether this is a good fit. All sessions are via telehealth. I'd love to connect whenever you're ready.
