Great to meet you!

Hey There!

I'm Victoria, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to mental health and helping women tackle stress and anxiety. After working with people of all ages for over six years, I've found my passion lies in helping moms of young kids move from feeling self-doubt and guilt about falling short of expectations to feeling at ease and self-assured in nurturing a joyful, loving family.

My approach to therapy

It's so important to me that everyone I work with feels safe and free to express themselves because I want you to feel comfortable exploring deeper topics that you might have been putting off. I'm here to support you through this journey in a caring and understanding way, so you can speak your mind and tackle tough questions at your own pace. I'm dedicated to making sure you leave our sessions feeling good about your progress, plus, learning some helpful coping tools along the way never hurts!

What you can expect from me

What you can expect

I like to balance things out between being flexible with what you need and keeping your goals in sight to help you deal with anything that's getting in the way of you living your best life. I'll check in on how you're doing regularly and give you some supportive encouragement to keep you going and push yourself further. Because you've got this!
