Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing as a licensed social worker since December 2025. I graduated from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019. Since 2020 I have been practicing as an associate gaining insight and hours doing therapy, intake assessment, case management and conducting groups. I have worked with the moderate to severe population with mental health. I want to meet you where you are at and provide therapy to return you to your previous level of functioning. In all my experience I have enjoyed therapy most of all.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins by truly meeting you where you are. My first priority is building a genuine, trusting connection so I can understand who you are, what you’ve been through, and what’s bringing you to therapy. Every person’s story is unique, and your care should reflect that.

Once we’ve established that foundation, we focus on growth. Together, we’ll develop practical coping skills and explore meaningful habits and hobbies that you can confidently integrate into your daily life. My goal is not just to help you get through difficult moments, but to help you feel empowered, capable, and inspired again.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor each session to your individual needs, helping you build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on building a strong therapeutic connection and gaining a clear understanding of the goals you’d like to achieve. This is a space for you to share your story, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying what meaningful progress looks like for you. From there, we will work collaboratively in a supportive and structured way to help you move toward those goals with clarity and confidence.
