Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples navigate first-generation expectations, ADHD challenges, new parenthood, or relationship patterns that might feel overwhelming or confusing.

My work spans across crisis programs, intensive mental health counseling, and outpatient psychotherapy.

Over the years, I have become especially passionate about supporting people who tend to carry more than their share:

  • First-generation adults balancing cultural expectations and independence
  • People raised to be the “strong one,” mediator, or emotional caretaker
  • Adult children of narcissistic or emotionally immature parents
  • Adults navigating ADHD and overwhelm
  • New parents adjusting to a completely new identity
  • Couples trying to stay connected through stress, conflict, or family dynamics

These are the people who often hold everything together on the outside, while falling apart on the inside.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. I believe my clients are the experts on themselves. While I bring my education and experience to support you in recognizing and building on your strengths, I can also help you identify the ways your system learned to cope with your life experiences and guide you through strategies to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down and begin getting oriented to the therapy process.

Together, we will:

  • Explore what’s been weighing on you
  • Talk about your history at a pace that feels safe foryou
  • Clarify what you’d like to work on and how I can help
  • Begin shaping goals that feel realistic and meaningful

You never have to share more than you’re ready to. Therapy moves at your pace, always.

In ongoing work, sessions often include:

  • Checking in on how the week has been
  • Exploring patterns, emotions, and relationships
  • Practicing tools for regulation, insight, and coping
  • Identifying takeaways you can carry forward

Some sessions may feel reflective, others more skills-based, everything guided by what you need in that moment.
