Great to meet you!

Hey! I'm Victoria and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) passionate about guiding individuals from all walks of life on their healing journey. I love supporting people through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and personality disorders, but I’m especially passionate about trauma-focused work, bringing both heart and training to every session.

I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland University. When I’m not listening, supporting, and helping people untangle life’s challenges, you’ll find me at the practice I proudly own - Penny For Your Thoughts Counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy involves pulling an individual’s strengths and interests to provide an environment where an individual will not only gain personal growth, but embrace the therapeutic process. I tend to incorporate the use of games, creativity, and out of the box activities in my therapeutic approach to help make therapy fun!

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a comfortable, welcoming, and confidential space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy, while also identifying your strengths and interests that can support your growth. Together, we’ll start building a plan that helps you move toward a healthier, more peaceful lifestyle at a pace that feels right for you.
