Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. I’ve spent the past three years helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges with anxiety, communication, and relationship dynamics.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique goals. I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful and lasting change. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to be heard and understood, I'm here to walk alongside you.

I believe that healing happens through connection, and I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I meet each client where they are, working together to identify strengths and build practical tools for growth and healing. I often use Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help clients envision and work toward their preferred future, while incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional awareness, mindset shifts, and lasting change.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, communication issues, and life transitions. Whether we're addressing personal stress or improving relationship dynamics, I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools they can use in their daily lives. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and strengthen your relationships—whether that’s with yourself, your partner, or your family.

Together, we’ll focus on what’s most important to you, set realistic goals, and explore new ways of thinking and responding to life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel comfortable being yourself and where progress, no matter how small, is always recognized and celebrated.
