Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and open-minded licensed therapist who specializes in serving individuals, families, and children ages 6 and above. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My personal experience with therapy’s transformative power inspired me to help others navigate their life’s challenges and heal emotionally. I have a wide range of experience working with young children, teenagers and adults. My own personal journey working in schools and raising a blended family at home help me to connect with similar situations. I have also been able to help adults experiencing difficulties in their work environment as well.

My approach to therapy

I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, among others. My practice encompasses various issues, ranging from anger, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, to more complex concerns such as trauma, PTSD, and identity issues.

What you can expect from me

As a first time client, I will start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing your story. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to help you achieve your goals. Trust is a large part of the therapeutic journey into healing and moving forward.
